Oceania is a small shard and we treat it that way — stock is thin, it moves quickly, and restocks land at the start of the week rather than daily. If the tier you want is showing a low count, it is genuinely low rather than a manufactured urgency badge. Everything on this page is priced above the NA baseline because OCE accounts are simply harder to keep in supply.
The upside of a small shard is that the community is small too. Names are still available, the same players recur in your games, and the ladder is short enough that climbing produces visible movement rather than a rounding error. Check your ping before you commit — OCE routing has changed over the years and what you get varies noticeably by ISP.
