Privacy Policy

A short policy, because the site collects almost nothing. There are no accounts to create, no tracking cookies, and card details never touch our servers.

What we collect

The email address entered at checkout, so we can send your credentials and reply if something goes wrong. Your order details: which accounts you bought, when, and for how much.

That is the complete list. There is no user account to register, no newsletter sign-up, and no profile.

What we do not collect

We never receive your card number, expiry or security code. Those are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and handled entirely by Stripe, who are PCI-DSS compliant. We see only whether a payment succeeded.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Who else processes your data

Stripe, to take payment and guard against fraud. Resend, to deliver credentials by email. Railway, which hosts the site and so processes ordinary web-server request data. Each holds only what it needs to do that job.

Retention and your rights

Order records and the email attached to them are kept so we can honour the replacement warranty, which has no time limit. Retaining them is what lets us verify that an old order is genuinely yours.

You may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — bearing in mind that deletion ends our ability to service the warranty on those orders. Email us and we will action it.
